Department of Human Resources regularly
update its Client Information System cost
benefit analysis so that it reflects the actual
savings and costs of the system. Further, the
Department of Human Resources shall
identify the actual total cost savings from the
two preceding fiscal years and the total cost
savings estimates for current and ensuing fiscal
years in its Office of Information Management
