OF A MISDEMEANOR AND ON CONVICTION IS SUBJECT TO A FINE NOT TO EXCEED
$500 FOR EACH VIOLATION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1997.

AN ACT concerning

Calvert County - Board of County Commissioners, Sheriff, and Judges - Salaries

FOR the purpose of increasing the salary of the members of the Board of County
Commissioners for Calvert County, the Sheriff of Calvert County, and the Judges of
the Orphans' Court for Calvert County; providing certain limitations on
reimbursements for reimbursement of certain expenses incurred by the County
Commissioners up to a specified cap; providing that this Act does not apply to the
salaries or compensation of the incumbents in those offices; and generally relating
to salaries of the Calvert County Commissioners, Sheriff, and Judges.
