GLENDENING, Governor Ch. 59 licenses issued by the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation or a unit of BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article - Business Occupations and Professions Section 2-311, 3-309, 6-310, 7-308, 8-307, 9-309, 11-408, 12-308, 14-314, and Annotated Code of Maryland (1995 Replacement Volume and 1996 Supplement) BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article 4 - Public Local Laws of Maryland (1979 Edition and 1991 and 1993 Supplements, as amended) (As enacted by Chapter 135 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1994) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article - Business Occupations and Professions 2-311. (a) Unless a license is renewed for a 2-year term as provided in this section, the (1) after the effective date of the license; and (2) in an even-numbered year. (b) At least 1 month before a license expires, the Board shall mail to the licensee, (1) a renewal application form; and (2) a notice that states: (i) the date on which the current license expires; (ii) the date by which the Board must receive the renewal application (iii) the amount of the renewal fee. - 1373 -
