SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That any alcoholic beverages
permit issued during the period November 1, 1998, through October 31, 1999, shall be at
the rate specified in § 2-101 of Article 2B of the Code and shall expire October 31, 1999.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the provisions of Section
2 shall not apply to a change of domicile, bulk transfer, national family beer and wine
exhibition, or commercial nonbeverage permit. The fees for these permits shall be at the
rate as provided in § 2-101 of Article 2B of the Code.

SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That 5/17ths of the revenue
attributable to the renewal of alcoholic beverages permits and collected in Fiscal Year
1998 shall be credited to the Fiscal Year 1999 General Fund.

SECTION 6. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1998.

Fish - Sport Fisheries Advisory Commission

FOR the purpose of changing the number of members of the Sport Fisheries Advisory
Commission in the Department of Natural Resources; and generally relating to the
organization and authority of the Department pertaining to fish and fisheries.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF

(b) (1) There is a Sport Fisheries Advisory Commission in the Department.

(2) The Commission shall provide the Department advice on recreational
fisheries matters.
