appropriation for fiscal year 1996 to pay
renters' property tax credits on or after July
1 of each year rather than at least once each
month.

26.01.02.05 Employee Development

In addition to the appropriation shown on
page 29 of the printed bill (first reading file
bill), to provide funds for personnel reform
training for supervisors and managers to
help them adapt to newly established
policies and regulations.
