(g) Unless otherwise established under [subsections (f)(1)(iii) and (f)(2)(i)]
SUBSECTION (F)(1)(III) AND (2)(I) of this section or extended by amendment under
subsection (h) of this section, an agreement shall be void 5 years after the day on which
the parties executed the agreement.

(b) The Committee shall:

(3)     Establish appropriate interagency agreements and promulgate necessary
rules and regulations to:

(iv) Coordinate and expedite the delivery of services to the elderly by
providing technical assistance to local [agencies.] AGENCIES;

(4)     Assist county agencies to establish local interagency committees
composed of the directors of the local health department, department of social services,
area agency on aging, and officials from housing, transportation, mental health,
employment, and economic development agencies. These committees shall coordinate
and expedite the delivery of services to the elderly at the local [level.] LEVEL; AND

Article 78 - Public Service Commission Law

[69A.

With respect to the transportation specified in § 56A the Commission may
determine, fix, and amend just and reasonable fares, fees, rates, or other charges made by
any legal entity, other than an entity which is an instrumentality of one or more political
subdivisions of the State, operating or maintaining a mass transportation system in the
District; just and reasonable rates may, in the discretion of the Commission, be rates
which yield a reasonable ratio of prudent operating expenses to operating revenues, set
with the view to the effect of such rates upon movement of traffic, adequacy of service,
replacements, ability to attract necessary capital, and rates generally charged for
comparable services.]
