Credits to Baltimore City and Counties of the

State

To become available immediately upon
passage of this budget to supplement the
appropriation for fiscal year 1996 to provide
funds for the Homeowners' Tax Credit
Program to reimburse the subdivisions for
tax credits issued during FY 1996.

General Fund Appropriation,—provided that
this appropriation shall be eliminated in its
entirety contingent upon the enactment

Commission

To become available immediately upon
passage of this budget to reduce the
appropriation for fiscal year 1996 to
implement Chapter 319 of the Acts of 1995
which created the Health Services Cost
Review Commission Fund as a special
continuing, nonlapsing fund to replace the
general fund appropriation.
