Further provided that if an executive agency
fails to disburse transferred funds to a
recipient within one year after the expected
disbursement date as submitted to the LPC,
the funds will revert back to the fund and
the Governor shall resubmit the request in

1996 Deficiency Appropriation

MARYLAND STADIUM AUTHORITY

It is the intent of the General Assembly that
the Governor is hereby urged to transfer
funds $190 million funds to the Citizen Tax
Reduction and Fiscal Reserve Account as
stipulated in the budget for fiscal 1996 and
as authorized under Chapter 128 of the
Laws of 1995.
