33.06.00.04 General Administration

General Fund Appropriation The Secretary of
the Department of Budget and Fiscal
Planning shall direct the Comptroller to
withhold allotment of $3.6 million of general
funds. These funds may be disbursed only
as provided below:

•   No funds may be disbursed until
implementation of the Client Information
System in Montgomery County is certified
as complete by the Secretary of the
Department of Human Resources and the
Department of Human Resources has
submitted a report to the budget
committees on the status of
implementation. The budget committees
shall have 30 days to review and comment
on the report.

•   No more than $1,200,000 of the $3.6
million may be disbursed until
implementation of the Client Information
System in Baltimore County is certified as
complete by the Secretary of the
Department of Human Resources and the
Department of Human Resources has
submitted a report to the budget
committees cm the status of
implementation. The budget committees
shall have 30 days to review and comment
on the report.

•   No more than $2,400,000 of the $3.6
million may be disbursed until
implementation of the Client Information
System in Prince George's County is
certified as complete by the Secretary of
the Department of Human Resources and
the Department of Human Resources has
submitted a report to the budget
committees on the status of
