It is the intent of the General Assembly that,
contingent upon the failure of SB 686 and
HB 1084. any and all proceeds from the sale
of Great Oaks and Henry ton property and
equipment be credited by the Comptroller to
a separate escrow account, of which only the
annual interest would be distributed to the
Waiting List Equity Fund (WLEF) to be
used by the Developmental Disabilities
Administration for the purpose of reducing
the number of persons waiting for services.

It is the intent of the General Assembly that
any and all proceeds from the sale of Great
Oaks and Henryton property and
equipment be placed in the Waiting List
Equity Fund (WLEF) for ultimate use by
the Developmental Disabilities

Administration to reduce the number of
individuals waiting for services.

It is the intent of the General Assembly that,
upon closure of the Groat Oaks facility June
30, 1996, any individuals remaining without
community placement not be relocated to
another institution against their will. To the
