(b)     It is unlawful for any person, firm, partnership, corporation or association
knowingly to sell, rent, distribute, circulate, offer for sale, rental, distribution, or
circulation, or possess for the purpose of sale, rental, distribution, or circulation, any
phonograph record, disc, wire, tape, film, videocassette, or other article on which sounds
or images have been transferred or stored unless the [phonograph,] PHONOGRAPH
record, disc, wire, tape, film, videocassette, or other article bears the actual name and
street address of the transferor of the sounds or images and the name of the actual
performer or group in a prominent place on its outside face or package.

(a)     Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, any person who enters or
trespasses upon the property of [the Governor's Mansion] GOVERNMENT HOUSE is
guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or
imprisonment not exceeding 6 months or both.

(b)     This section does not apply to any person who has lawful business to pursue at
[the Governor's Mansion] GOVERNMENT HOUSE.

(c)     Notwithstanding any other provision of law, there shall be no requirement that
the property of [the Governor's Mansion] GOVERNMENT HOUSE be posted against
unlawful entry or trespass.
