In this subheading, the following words have the meanings indicated.
(i) "Property" means anything of value, including but not limited to:
(11) Records, recordings, documents, blueprints, drawings, maps, and whole
or partial copies, descriptions, photographs, prototypes or models thereof; or any other
articles, materials, devices, substances, and whole or partial copies, descriptions,
photographs, prototypes, or models thereof which represent evidence, reflect or record
secret scientific, technical, merchandising productions or management information,
designed process, procedure, formula, invention, trade secret, or improvement; AND

(b) Except as provided under subsection [(f)] (G) of this section; a person found
guilty of murder in the first degree shall be sentenced to death, imprisonment for life, or
imprisonment for life without the possibility of parole. The sentence shall be
imprisonment for life unless: (1)(i) the State notified the person in writing at least 30 days
prior to trial that is intended to seek a sentence of death, and advised the person of each
aggravating circumstance upon which it intended to rely, and (ii) a sentence of death is
imposed in accordance with § 413; or (2) the State notified the person in writing at least
30 days prior to trial that it intended to seek a sentence of imprisonment for life without
the possibility of parole under § 412 or § 413 of this article.

(a) (1) A person may not willfully or knowingly engage in the business of
displaying, exhibiting, selling, showing, advertising for sale, or distributing to any person
under the age of 18 years any still picture, photograph, book, pocket book, pamphlet,
magazine, [video disc, video tape] VIDEODISC, VIDEOTAPE, film, computer disc, or
recorded telephone messages the cover or content of which is principally made up of
obscene descriptions or depictions of illicit sex, or which consists of obscene pictures of
nude or partially denuded figures.
