23.23.01.05 Comprehensive Planning

General Fund Appropriation, provided that
the agency will fill the Deputy Director
position in the Comprehensive Planning
unit by December 31, 1996 or $81,026 for
salary and fringe benefits will be deleted
from the general fund and the position will
be abolished...................................................

Funds are appropriated in the budgets of the
Departments of Natural Resources,
Transportation and Agriculture to pay for
services provided by this program.
Authorization is hereby granted to use these
receipts as special funds for operating
expenses in this program.
