General Fund Appropriation, provided that
$100,000 of this appropriation, made for the
purpose of providing grants to Court
Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), shall
be used as a matching grant for CASA
organizations beginning operations during
fiscal 1997. Any portion of this appropriation
not expended for this purpose shall revert to

the general fund.............................................

Special Fund Appropriation, provided that
funds for this appropriation, made for the
purpose of the Circuit Court Real Property
Records Improvement Fund, may not be
expended until;

1. the budget committees have received a
report from the Administrative Office of the
Courts before May 15, 1996, detailing the
appropriate uses of the fund; and

2. the budget committees have reviewed and
commented upon the report or 45 days have
elapsed from the date the report is received
by the committees..........................................
