SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

2-101.

(m) (7) The permit may be granted:

(i) For an unlicensed [premise] PREMISES;

(ii) A Class B or Class C alcoholic beverages licensed [premise]
PREMISES; or

(iii) A Baltimore City Class B-D-7 alcoholic beverages licensed
[premise] PREMISES.
