(1)     revise certain provisions regulating certain unfair trade practices arising from
contracts for the provision of certain future services; and

(2)     generally amend the County consumer protection law regarding future
services.

AN EMERGENCY ACT to:

(1) create a Public Arts Trust fund and provide for administration of the Trust;

[[(1)]] (2) permit the Council to appropriate funds for works of art without
reference to a percent of County construction project costs;

[[(2)]] (3) repeal provisions for art on property sold by the County and in buildings
constructed in the County by other governments;
