AN ACT to:

[[(1) provide for a certain exception to the Hawkers and Peddlers law;]]

(1)     regulate the hours and places vendors may operate;

(2)     require certain vendors to obtain a certain license;

(3)     provide for issuance, revocation, and suspension of vendor's licenses;

[[(2)]] (4) make technical and stylistic changes; and

[[(3)]] (5) generally amend County law regarding [[hawkers and peddlers]]
vendors.
