AN ACT concerning

Plumbing and Gasfitting Regulation

FOR the purpose of adopting the 1993 National Standard Plumbing Code as the
Baltimore County Plumbing Code; changing the definition of gasfitting; making
certain insurance requirements a condition of certain licenses; establishing certain
advertisement and signage requirements; requiring certain agreements between
licensees and the County; creating certain licenses; giving the Plumbing Board
certain powers and generally relating to the professional practice of plumbing and
gasfitting in Baltimore County; making certain amendments to the 1993 National
Standard Plumbing Code; granting the Baltimore County Plumbing Board certain
authority; and generally relating to the regulation of plumbing and gasfitting in
Baltimore County.
