AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE concerning:

Licenses and Permits - Fundraising Events

FOR the purpose of creating class CE licenses; defining certain terms; requiring certain
organizations to obtain licenses for casino events; placing certain limits on casino
events; providing for reporting about casino and gaming events; making certain
changes in requirements for class S and T licenses; and providing for the
termination of casino event provisions under certain conditions.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments:

Article 16, §§2-801, 2-802(a) and (b), 2-803, 2-804, 2-805, 2-806(a) and (b), 2-807,
