Zoning - Odenton Town Center Growth Management Area

FOR the purpose of adopting the Odenton Town Plan; requiring development to conform
to the Odenton Town Plan; excepting building permits for single-family dwellings
from certain requirements; requiring the Director of Planning and Code
Enforcement to notify applicants as to concept approval or disapproval; adopting
certain map amendments; making this bill inapplicable to certain plan approvals;
providing for the applicability of this Ordinance; making technical corrections; and
generally relating to the Odenton Town Center Growth Management Area.
