Maryland, Located On The Westerly Side Of Md. Rt. 808 And Being The First Parcel
Described In A Deed Dated December 28, 1979, From Richard J. White To Frail
Developers, Inc., And Recorded Among The Land Records Of Carroll County,
Maryland, In Liber 760, Folio 41. The Property To Be Annexed Being More Particularly
Described By Metes And Bounds On Exhibit A Attached Hereto And A Plat of
Annexation Prepared By Van Mar Associates, Inc., A Copy Of Which Is Incorporated
Herein By Reference As Exhibit B And Which Is On File At The Town Hall.
