Charter Amendment Resolution No. 108

RESOLUTION of the Mayor and City Council of Cumberland, Maryland, adopted
pursuant to the authority contained in Article 11-E of the Constitution of the State of
Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland, entitled
"Municipal Corporations", as said Section was enacted by Chapter 423 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, 1955, entitled "A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE
CHARTER OF THE CITY OF CUMBERLAND, MARYLAND (1991 Edition), BY
REPEALING AND REENACTING, WITH AMENDMENTS, SECTION 65 OF SAID
CHAPTER PROVIDING FOR THE ATTENDANCE OF CERTAIN OFFICERS AT
COUNCIL MEETINGS."

[Section 65 of the Charter of the City of Cumberland, Allegany County, as found in
the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters (1990
Replacement Edition and 1995 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date October 11, 1995]

Charter Amendment Resolution No. 109

RESOLUTION of the Mayor and City Council of Cumberland, Maryland, adopted in
pursuance of the authority contained in Article 11-E of the Constitution of the State of
Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland, entitled
"Municipal Corporations", as said Section was enacted by Chapter 423 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, 1955, entitled "A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE
CHARTER OF THE CITY OF CUMBERLAND, MARYLAND (1991 Edition), BY
REPEALING AND REENACTING, WITH AMENDMENTS, SECTION 26 OF SAID
CHARTER FOR THE PURPOSE OF DELETING FROM SAID SECTION 26 THAT
PORTION WHICH DEALS WITH THE BOARD OF HEALTH."
