Municipal Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 1995 Supplement).

Charter Resolution 95-R-10

A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COLLEGE PARK, MARYLAND ENLARGING THE CORPORATE BOUNDARIES
OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE PARK BY ANNEXING LAND CONTIGUOUS AND
ADJOINING THE EXISTING CORPORATE AREA OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
PARK CONSISTING OF 1.3976 ACRES, MORE COMMONLY KNOWN AS LOTS 22,
23, BLOCK 1 AND PART OF LOT 2, BLOCK 1 IN THE ACREDALE SUBDIVISION
AND A PORTION OF METZEROTT ROAD.

Charter Amendment Resolution 96-1

A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF COTTAGE CITY,
MARYLAND, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article HE of the Constitution of
Maryland in Section 14 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition,
as amended), to amend the Charter of the said Town, said Charter being Subtitle 17 of
Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1963 Edition, as amended),
which Article contains in whole or in part the Charter of the Town of Cottage City, by
amending Section 35 of said Charter so that the Clerk-Treasurer of the Town will be a
probationary employee for one year from the date of employment and further specifying
that thereafter the Clerk-Treasurer may only be removed for cause by a majority plus one
vote of the Commissioners after being afforded a hearing.

[Section 35 of the Charter of the Town of Cottage City, Prince George's County, as
found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters (1990
Replacement Edition and 1995 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date April 4, 1996]
