Ch. 524 1996 LAWS OF MARYLAND (B) (1) THE BOARD MAY IMPOSE ON A PERSON WHO VIOLATES ANY (2) IN SETTING THE AMOUNT OF A CIVIL PENALTY, THE BOARD SHALL (I) THE SERIOUSNESS OF THE VIOLATION; (II) THE HARM CAUSED BY THE VIOLATION; (IV) ANY HISTORY OF PREVIOUS VIOLATIONS BY THE VIOLATOR; (V) ANY OTHER RELEVANT FACTORS. (3) THE BOARD SHALL PAY ANY PENALTY COLLECTED UNDER THIS SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect Approved May 14, 1996.
