(ii) two shall be appointed by the District Council of Prince George's
County;

(iii) two shall be appointed by the Prince George's County House of
Delegates Delegation; and

(iv) two shall be appointed by the Prince George's County Senate Select
Committee.

(c) On or before December 1, 1996, the Commission shall complete its study and
report its findings and recommendations to the Prince George's County Senate and House
Delegations.

SECTION 4. 6. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1996.

AN ACT concerning

Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission - Montgomery County

Planning Board - Personnel

PG/MC 23-96

FOR the purpose of providing that director positions under the Montgomery County
Planning Board are excluded from the merit system and are held at the pleasure of
the Planning Board; and exempting an individual that may have held an affected
position as of a specified date.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 28 - Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission

(a) The Commission shall put into effect a merit system adopted pursuant to this
section. In it shall be included all employees of the Commission, except:
