GLENDENING, Governor Ch. 438 [(1)] (I) a Natural Resources police officer; or [(2)] (II) a law enforcement officer, other than a Natural Resources police (2) A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER EMPLOYED BY THE MARYLAND 26-202. (a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, an individual described in (b) Membership in the [ Natural Resources] LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS' (1) by the Department of Natural Resources on July 1, 1990; OR (2) BY THE MARYLAND INVESTIGATIVE SERVICES UNIT ON JUNE 30, 26-302. (a) Subject to subsection (b) of this section, a member is entitled to eligibility 26-304. A member is entitled to eligibility service that equals: (2) for a member who has transferred from the Employees' Retirement (3) for a member who has transferred from the Employees' Pension System, 26-307.
