Ch. 374

(6) (a) Prior to the issuance of the bonds, the Board of Directors of the Greater
Baltimore Cultural Arts Foundation, Inc. shall grant and convey to the Maryland
Historical Trust a perpetual preservation easement to the extent of its interest:

(i) On the land or such portion of the land acceptable to the Trust;
and

(ii) On the exterior and interior, where appropriate, of the historic
structures.

(b) The easement must be in form and substance acceptable to the Trust
and the extent of the interest to be encumbered must be acceptable to the Trust.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1996.

AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County - Alcoholic Beverages
(22nd District - Class D license Micro-Breweries)

FOR the purpose of permitting Class D alcoholic beverages licensees in the 22nd
Alcoholic Beverages District of Prince George's County to obtain a micro-brewery
license under certain circumstances and subject to certain limitations, and generally
relating to micro-brewery licenses in Prince George's County.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages
Section 2-208

Annotated Code of Maryland
(1994 Replacement Volume and 1995 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

2-208.

(a)     There is a Class 7 micro-brewery (on- and off-sale) license.

(b)     The license shall be issued:
(1) By the State Comptroller;
