SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

2-207.                                                             

(a) A Class 6 pub-brewery license shall be issued:

(1)     By the State Comptroller;

(2)     Only to a holder of a Class B beer, wine and liquor (on-sale) license that
is issued for use on the premises of a restaurant located in the jurisdictions listed in
paragraph (3) of this subsection; and

(3)     Only in the following jurisdictions:
(i) Anne Arundel County;

(ii) Anne Arundel County - City of Annapolis;

(iii) Baltimore City;

(iv) Baltimore County;

(v) The thirteenth election district of Carroll County;

(vi) Cecil County;

(vii) Charles County;

(VIII) DORCHESTER COUNTY;

[(viii)] (IX) Frederick County;

[(ix)] (X) Harford County;

[(x)] (XI) Montgomery County - City of Gaithersburg;

[(xi)] (XII) Washington County; and
