Ch. 347 1996 LAWS OF MARYLAND (C) AN EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT UNDER THIS SECTION MAY NOT EXCEED Subtitle 4. Probation. An employee shall be placed on probation when the employee is first appointed to [4-402.
