[(iii)] (3) The [permit holder] LICENSEE may not serve more than 2
ounces from each brand to any 1 person.

[(iv)] (4) The bona fide nonprofit organization:

[1.] (I) Shall apply for a WS [permit] LICENSE at least 15
days prior to the day of issuance; and

[2.] (II) May not be issued more than 12 WS [permits]
LICENSES in any given license year.

[(v)](5) The [permit] DAILY LICENSE fee is $15 [per day].

[(vi)] (6) The WS [permit holder is authorized to] LICENSEE MAY
bring wine on to Class B licensed premises for sampling or tasting purposes only.

[(4)](F) The provisions of this section are not restricted by:

[(i)] (1) The provisions in subsection (b) of § 12-107 of this article;
and

[(ii)](2) The provisions of law under § 9-102 of this article prohibiting
the issuance of 2 licenses for the same premises.

[(5)](G) In the City of Annapolis, the Mayor and City Council may approve
the issuance of a BWT license or a WS [permit] LICENSE. The fees for [a license and
the permit] THE LICENSES shall be set by the Mayor and City Council.

9-208.

(A)     THIS SECTION APPLIES ONLY IN CECIL COUNTY.

(B)     THE BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS MAY NOT ISSUE OR TRANSFER
AN OFF-SALE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES LICENSE OF ANY CLASS FOR THE USE IN A
BUSINESS THAT IS INTENDED TO BE OPERATED AS A DRIVE-THROUGH PURCHASE
FACILITY WHERE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE TO BE SOLD AT RETAIL AND
DISPENSED THROUGH A WINDOW OR DOOR TO A PURCHASER IN OR ON A MOTOR
VEHICLE FOR OFF-PREMISES CONSUMPTION.

9-209.

(a) [In] THIS SECTION APPLIES ONLY IN Charles County [, the].

(B) (1) THE Board of License Commissioners may not issue more than 1 of any
class of alcoholic beverages license with an off-sale privilege for each unit of 1,350
people, based on the population figures of the last federal census, within each election
district in the County.

[(b)](2) A license issued under this [section] SUBSECTION may not be
transferred from one election district to another.

[(c) (1)] (3) (I) This [section] SUBSECTION may not be construed to require
the forfeiture or revocation of any alcoholic beverages license issued and outstanding on
October 1, 1992.
