[(c)] (E) The annual license fee is $1,000.

[(d)](F) A special theater (on-sale) beer, wine and liquor license may not be
transferred to a location other than the location of original issuance.

[(e)](G) The population requirements of the rules and regulations of the
[Baltimore County] Board [of License Commissioners] do not apply to a license issued
under this section.

(A)     THIS SECTION APPLIES ONLY IN ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY.

(B)     IN THIS SECTION, "BOARD" MEANS THE ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY BOARD
OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS.

[(J) (1)] (C) [In Anne Arundel County, the Board of License Commissioners
may issue] THERE IS a Class BWT beer and wine (on-premises) tasting license [or]
AND a WS wine sampling (on-premises) [permit] LICENSE.

[(2) (i)] (D) (1) A Class BWT license may only be issued to a holder of a
Class BWL beer, wine and liquor (on-premises) license or a Class BW beer and wine
(on-sale) license.

[(ii)](2) The annual fee for a Class BWT license is:

[1.] (I) $50 for a holder of a Class BWL license; and

[2.] (II) $50 for a holder of a Class BW license.

[(iii)] (3) The annual fee for a Class BWT license is in addition to the
Class BWL or BW annual fee.

[(iv)] (4) The Class BWT license' authorizes a holder to permit the
on-premises consumption of the following alcoholic beverages for tasting or sampling
purposes only:

[1.] (I) Light wine to be served in a quantity of not more than
1 ounce from each given brand to any one person; and

[2.] (II) Beer to be served in a quantity of not more than 3
ounces to any one person.

[(3) (i)] (E) (1) The [Anne Arundel County] Board [of License
Commissioners] may issue a WS (wine sampling) [permit] LICENSE to bona fide
nonprofit organizations.

[(ii)](2) The WS [permit] LICENSE authorizes the consumption of
wine for tasting or sampling purposes:

[1.] (I) On Class B beer and wine or beer, wine and liquor
licensed premises with the consent of the licensee; or

[2.] (II) On premises without a permanent alcoholic beverages
license.
