permitted by law to be sold in the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, seventh and eighth
districts [of Anne Arundel County,] on or in any parking lot, picnic grounds, building or
terrace which forms an integral part of the licensed premises.
[(d)](F) In the City of Annapolis the Mayor, [counsellor] COUNSELOR, and
aldermen have the power to fix the fees for all licenses authorized to be issued in [said]
THE city.
(g) (1) THERE IS AN AIRPORT CONCESSIONAIRE LICENSE.
(2) [In Anne Arundel County the lessee or a concession at any airport,
whether] AN individual, association of individuals, or a corporation WHICH IS A LESSEE
OR A CONCESSIONAIRE AT ANY AIRPORT, [shall,] without further residential, voting
or locative qualifications, [be entitled to] MAY procure a license for the sale of any and
all alcoholic beverages within the confines of the airport terminal buildings [in said
county].
[(2)] (3) (I) The [cost for the] ANNUAL license FEE [shall be] IS $5,000
[each year, to].
(II) THE FEE SHALL be paid on May 1 to the Board [of License
Commissioners of Anne Arundel County and shall entitle the holder to].
(III) THE LICENSEE MAY sell alcoholic beverages EVERY DAY at one
or more locations within the airport terminal buildings [on each and every day and shall
permit].
(IV) THE LICENSE PERMITS the playing of music and dancing [and no
provision contained in subsection (a)].
(V) THE PROVISIONS OF SUBSECTION (C) of this section relating to
special Sunday licenses [shall] DO NOT apply to the holder of a license issued under this
subsection.
[(3)] (4) [Such licenses] LICENSES and [the] licensees [thereunder shall
be] ARE subject to all laws[, rules] and regulations applicable [in Anne Arundel
County] to the sale of alcoholic beverages[,] not inconsistent with the provisions of this
section.
(h) (1) THERE IS A RESORT COMPLEX LICENSE.
(2) [Resort complex shall mean for the purpose of this section] "RESORT
COMPLEX" MEANS a recreational area of [ten (10)] 10 or more acres with beach
facilities and facilities to serve and accommodate [five hundred (500)] 500 or more
persons at one time.
(3) The [Anne Arundel County] Board [of License Commissioners] may
issue a RESORT COMPLEX license [to be known as a resort complex license,] covering
"on-sales" of beer, wine and liquor to any person, for the sale of any and all alcoholic
beverages within the confines of the resort complex. This license shall be issued only to
the person, firm, or corporation owning or leasing a resort complex.
