(II) THE annual fee [of one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be paid]
for each BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR "special Sunday license" [issued for a premises
entitled to sell beer, wine and liquor] IS $100.
[(5)] (6) "Special Sunday licenses" may be renewed in the same manner as
other licenses [for the sale of alcoholic beverages under this article]. "Special Sunday
licenses" [issued under the provisions of this section shall not be construed to be] ARE
NOT "special licenses" under the provisions of § 10-301 of this article.
[(6)] (7) The granting of a "special Sunday license" in addition to a license
of any other class, to the same licensee, shall not be deemed to be in conflict with the
provisions of § 9-102 of this article.
[(7)](8) [Whenever] IF any other license held by the holder of a "special
Sunday license" is suspended or revoked, [in such case] the "special Sunday license" [of
such licensee must likewise be] IS suspended or revoked BY OPERATION OF LAW.
[(8)](9) [Nothing in §] SECTION 9-202.1 of this article [shall be
construed to] DOES NOT prohibit any person who holds any other class of alcoholic
beverages license [issued by the Board of License Commissioners for Anne Arundel
County] from obtaining a "special Sunday license".
[(9)] (10) This section [shall apply] ONLY APPLIES to the first, second,
third, fourth, fifth, seventh, and eighth districts [of Anne Arundel County only].
[(10)] (11) This section [shall] DOES not apply to beach and amusement park
licenses [issued in Anne Arundel County].
[(b)](D) (1) [In Anne Arundel County the] THERE IS A RACETRACK
LICENSE.
(2) THE owner [or owners] of any regularly licensed racing establishment,
whether individual, association of individuals, or a corporation, [shall,] without further
residential, voting or locative qualifications, [be entitled to] MAY procure a license for
the sale of any and all alcoholic beverages within the confines of its racing park [in said
county].
[(2)](3) The [cost for this] license FEE is $50 per day to be paid on
January 1 for the racing of the preceding year, payable to the Board [of License
Commissioners of Anne Arundel County and]. IT entitles the holder to sell at one or
more locations within its park.
[(3)] (4) [Such licenses] LICENSES and [the] licensees [thereunder shall
be] ARE subject to all laws[, rules] and regulations applicable [in Anne Arundel
County] to the sale of alcoholic beverages[,] not inconsistent with the provisions of this
section.
[(4)] (5) [Nothing in this section shall] THIS SECTION DOES NOT apply to
the sixth district of Anne Arundel County.
[(c)](E) The Board [of License Commissioners of Anne Arundel County is
hereby authorized and empowered to] MAY permit the sale of any alcoholic beverages
