Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

6-201.

(h) (2) (iii) 1. This license may be issued to a restaurant which meets the
following requirements and conditions:

A.      [Serves] IS OPEN FOR BUSINESS AT LEAST 5 DAYS EACH
WEEK AND SERVES at least 2 full-course meals each day Monday through Friday THAT
IT IS OPEN and at least 1 full-course meal each day IT IS OPEN on Saturday and Sunday;

B.      Has a regular seating capacity at tables (not including seats
at bars or counters) for 50 or more persons; and

C.      Is operated in facilities which are valued for purposes of
State and local assessment and taxation at not less than $50,000.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1996.

AN ACT concerning

Transportation - Highway User Revenues - Distribution Formate State Aid to Local

Subdivisions

FOR the purpose of altering the formula for distributing highway user revenues to
Baltimore City, the counties, and municipalities; requiring the Maryland Port
Administration to make certain payments to the Mayor and City Council of
Baltimore in lieu of taxes for certain properties; altering the distribution of certain
filing fees received by the Motor Vehicle Administration for vehicle security interest
filings; providing a delayed effective date for this Act; making this Act subject to a
certain contingency; and generally relating to the distribution of highway user
revenues certain State aid to Baltimore City, the counties, and municipalities.
