SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

12-207.

(A)     THIS SECTION APPLIES ONLY IN CARROLL COUNTY.

(B)     A LICENSEE MAY NOT SELL, OFFER TO SELL, OR DISPENSE ANY
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES FROM WHAT IS COMMONLY TERMED A WALK-UP OR
DRIVE-THROUGH WINDOW.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1996.

AN ACT concerning

Carroll Comity - Alcoholic Beverages
(5-Day Class B BWL Licenses)

FOR the purpose of allowing in Carroll County a Class B beer, wine and liquor licensee
(restaurants) to remain open for a certain number of days each week; and generally
relating to alcoholic beverages in Carroll County.
