SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1996.

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Carroll County Board of License Commissioners to
impose a fee on applicants for alcoholic beverages licenses; altering the fees for the
transfer and assignment of alcoholic beverages licenses; renumbering; and generally
relating to alcoholic beverages in Carroll County.
