(2) Notwithstanding § 2-201(b) of this article, may not be granted a
wholesale alcoholic beverages license.

(f) The hours and days for consumer sales under this license are as established
for a Class B license in the respective jurisdictions listed in subsection (b)(2) of this
section.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1996.

Juvenile Services - Construction Training Pilot Program

FOR the purpose of altering provisions relating to funds for the Construction Training
Pilot Program under the Maryland Department of Juvenile Justice with respect to
the limit on the distribution of the funds and the value of construction materials for
the Program; extending the termination date for the Program; extending the date
for a certain reporting requirement; providing for an effective date; and generally
relating to the Construction Training Pilot Program under the Department of
Juvenile Justice.

(a)     In this section, "Phase II renovation contract" means the construction contract
to be entered into by the Department of General Services for the renovation of 11
cottages at the Charles H. Hickey, Jr. School.

(b)     There is a Construction Training Pilot Program in the Department.
