16-515.

Notwithstanding the provisions of § 16-401(f), before any capital budget request
made by Wor-Wic [Tech] Community College is effective all of the counties that support
that College shall give their written assent to the capital budget.

Error: Obsolete terminology in § 16-515 of the Education Article.

Occurred: As a result of the Maryland Higher Education Commission's
actions recorded in Minutes of Meeting September 9, 1992 Wor-Wic Tech
Community College's request to change its name to Wor-Wic Community
College was approved.                                       

21-303.1.                                                     

(a)     (4) "Transitioning student" means a student with a disability who is between
the ages of 14 and 21 years who meets the eligibility criteria of the FEDERAL Individuals
with Disabilities Education Act or § 7 of the Federal Rehabilitation Act.

Error: Unclear reference to federal Act in § 21-303.1(a)(4) of the Education
Article.

Article - Environment

13-307.                                                                                                     

(b)     A license does not permit a licensee to make any well for which the following
permits have not been obtained FROM THE DEPARTMENT, if required:

(1)     A permit to drill a well [from the Department of the Environment]
under § 9-1306 of this article; or                                                         

(2)     A water appropriation or use permit [from the Department of Natural
Resources] under [§ 8-802 of the Natural Resources Article] § 5-502 OF THIS ARTICLE.

Error: Extraneous and incorrect references in § 13-307(b) of the
Environment Article as a result of reorganization of the Departments of
Natural Resources and of the Environment.

(b) If the Department bifurcates the permit process it may issue a permit for
exploration only. Production may not commence until the environmental assessment
required by [§ 14-105] § 14-104 of this subtitle has been completed and approved by the
Department and the Department has issued a permit for production. An additional
