(i) Training course approval and review;

(ii) Examinations for accreditation of applicants;

(iii) Annual refresher courses and renewal of accreditation;

(iv) Denial, suspension, and revocation of accreditation; and

(v) Procedures for implementing this accreditation plan.

(c) The Department shall set reasonable fees sufficient to cover the Department's
direct and indirect costs in approving training programs, including the cost of
applications, issuance and renewal of training course approvals and reviews, on-site
audits, recordkeeping, and other related activities.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1996.

AN ACT concerning

Height limits on Structures and Vegetation - Adoption of Regulations -
Baltimore-Washington International Airport

FOR the purpose of repealing certain statutory standards governing the maximum
allowable height of structures and vegetation within certain airport districts for
Baltimore-Washington International Airport; requiring the Maryland Aviation
Administration to adopt regulations consistent with applicable federal aviation
regulations; defining certain terms; repealing certain obsolete references; and
generally relating to height limits on structures and vegetation in the
Baltimore-Washington International Airport area.
