AMENDMENTS TO SUPPLEMENTAL NO. 5, SENATE BILL 160/HOUSE BILL

(First Reading File Bill)

Amendment No. 1:

On page 2 in item number 1, strike the word "improvements." and substitute
"improvements throughout the State."; and strike the words "legislation" through "State
General Fund" and substitute "SB 1. Further provided that this appropriation shall be
reduced on a dollar for dollar basis to the extent that the reduction in general fund
appropriations attributable to SB 1 as approved by the Board of Public Works total less
than the amount of this appropriation".
