Amendment No. 13:

On page 138, in line 14, following the words "Program Executive III", add "(@
67,500)", and strike the numeral "1" and substitute the numeral "5", and strike the
numeral "67,500" and substitute the numeral "337,500"; and in line 15, following the
words "Program Executive II", add "(@ 63,600)", and strike the numeral "1" and
substitute the numeral "2", and strike the numeral "63,600" and substitute the numeral
"127,200"; and in line 16, following the word "Assistant" add the word "to".

Amendment No. 14:

On page 140, in line 11, strike the numeral "64,500" and substitute the numeral

Amendment No. 15:

On page 162, strike line 13 in its entirety; and in line 18, strike the numeral "4" and

"110,540"; and in line 20, strike the numeral "5" and substitute the numeral "2", and
strike the numeral "82,207" and substitute the numeral "75,233".

Amendment No. 18:

On page 163, in line 9, strike the numeral "5" and substitute the numeral "6", and
strike the numeral "76,119" and substitute the numeral "78,403"; and in line 29, following
the word "Transit", add the word "Operations".

Amendment No. 19:

On page 165, in line 5, strike the numeral "102" and substitute the numeral "40".
Amendment No. 20:

On page 165, in the unnumbered line following line 19, add the words

"SECTION 18. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Governor may
transfer any general, special, or federal fund appropriations or reimbursable fund
amounts between the Department of Business and Economic Development and the
Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation as is necessary to carry out the
provisions of SB 810 or HB 1185, provided, however, that special and federal fund
appropriations to units of the Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation shall
remain with those units and may not be transferred to the Department of Business and
Economic Development.
