AMENDMENTS TO HOUSE BILL 135/SENATE BILL 90
(First Reading File Bill)

Amendment No. 1:

On page 15, beginning in line 41 and ending on page 16, in line 4, strike the words
"legislation" through "helicopter" in their entirety and substitute the words "HB 1134
delaying the time by which the Governor is required to include certain appropriations in
the annual budget for the purpose of reimbursing the Maryland Emergency Medical
System Operations Fund for the purchase of a helicopter and the State's share of the
expansion of the helicopter hangar in Centreville, Maryland.".

Amendment No. 2:

On page 16, in line 16, strike the word "legislation" and substitute the words "SB
727 or HB 924", and add the word "certain" after the word "a".

Amendment No. 3:

On page 31, beginning in line 26 and ending in line 27, strike the words "legislation"
through "systems" in their entirety and substitute the words "SB 165 altering, for certain
fiscal years, the amount that may be estimated and paid into the expense funds of the
several systems for administrative and operational expenses".
