32.06.02.04 Primary Care Services

In addition to the appropriation shown on
page 58 of the printed bill (first reading file
bill), to provide funds for basic medical
services, increased mental health and
addiction services, and limited specialty
care for the medically indigent.
Object .08 Contractual Services

General Fund Appropriation, provided that
$250,000 of this appropriation for the
Primary Care Services program
(32.06.02.04) may be expended only after the
Department of Health and Mental Hygiene
reports to the General Assembly on how
adequate inpatient mental health services
will be provided as part of the Primary Care
Services for the Medically Indigent
program.

32.06.02.04 Primary Care Services

In addition to the appropriation shown on
page 58 of the printed bill (first reading file
bill), to provide funds for the Western
Maryland Area Health Education Center
and for the establishment of a Maryland
Area Health Education Center on the
Eastern Shore.
