AN ACT concerning

Admissions and Amusement Tax

For the purpose of recodifying the County's admissions and amusement tax provisions to
conform to the admissions and amusement tax authorization as recodified by the
General Assembly of Maryland into the Tax-General Article of the Annotated
Code of Maryland; removing certain obsolete language; and generally relating to the
admissions and amusement tax in Prince George's County.
