AN ACT concerning

Enterprise Funds

For the purpose of combining the Land Reclamation Enterprise Fund, Environmental
and Recycling Enterprise Fund and Refuse Collections Enterprise Fund into a
single fund to be known as the Solid Waste Enterprise Fund; combining the assets,
liabilities and retained earnings thereof; providing for the setting of certain fees;
and providing for certain controls and restrictions on the use of revenues in such
fund.

BY repealing:

BY repealing and reenacting with amendments:
