AN ACT to:

(1)     abolish the Housing Board of Review; and

(2)     assign to the Board of Appeals the duty to hear and decide appeals under the
Housing and Building Maintenance Standards law.

By repealing

Chapter 26, Housing and Building Maintenance Standards
Sections 26-13 and 26-15 ..

AN ACT to:

[[(1) revise the membership of the Commission on Common Ownership
Communities;]]

[[(2)]] (1) revise the duties of the Office of Common Ownership Communities;

[[(3)]] (2) provide for the use of civil citations to enforce Commission decisions;

[[(4)]] (3) allow the Commission to dismiss certain disputes;

[[(5)]] (4) allow the Commission to designate a hearing examiner to hold certain
administrative hearings; [[and]]

(5)     repeal certain provisions of the common ownership communities law
          governing open meetings; and

(6)     clarify certain terms and provisions in, and generally amend, the common
ownership communities law.
