AN ACT to:

(1)     permit members of the Employees' Retirement System of Montgomery
County to purchase credit for certain prior government service under certain
circumstances;

(2)     define a certain term;

(3)     make technical and stylistic changes; and

(4)     generally amend the Employees' Retirement System law regarding purchase
of credit for prior government service.
