AN ACT concerning
Honeygo Area And Overlay Districts
FOR the purpose of amending the Baltimore County Zoning Regulations in order to
establish two new zoning overlay districts for the Honeygo area; defining certain
terms; stating legislative intent; defining the Honeygo area and certain subareas;
applying certain overlay districts to the Honeygo area; establishing a process for
obtaining building permits in the area; providing certain exceptions from that
process; authorizing the Administrative Officer, and the Directors of Environmental
Protection and Resource Management, Permits and Licenses and Zoning
Administration and Development Management to make certain determinations and
take certain actions; establishing certain zoning standards for certain overlay
districts; providing for certain exemptions from those standards; determining how
conflicts between certain zoning standards are to be resolved;' making this act
severable; repealing certain previous acts of the Baltimore County Council; and
generally relating to overlay districts, the Honeygo area and the uses of the land
therein.

Office Zones
FOR the purpose of creating the 0-3 (Office Park) zone in the Baltimore County Zoning
Regulations which will permit only office and no residential development; renaming
and combining the O-1 (Office Building) and 0-2 (Office Park) Zones to OR-1
and OR-2 (Office Building-Residential) Zones; defining terms; establishing
general provisions for all office classifications; modifying use regulations and
performance standards in OR-1 and OR-2 zones; amending bulk regulations in
R-O zones; conforming certain provisions of the zoning and development
regulations; and generally relating to Office Zones.
