AN ACT concerning

Capital Grant Program

For the purpose of providing a capital grant program to volunteer fire, ambulance and
rescue companies and authorizing the transfer of moneys, loans, notes payable and
other assets formerly in the capital revolving financing fund and the proceeds of
general obligation bonds and other funds to the Baltimore County Volunteer
Fireman's Association for the purpose of allowing the Association to make low
interest loans or grants to the companies to finance the purchase, rebuilding or
rehabilitation of major firefighting, ambulance and rescue equipment; to finance the
cost of land and construction costs necessary for expansion, enlargement, repair,
rehabilitation, alteration and construction of buildings and improvements.

Transfers of Real Property

FOR the purpose of requiring a vendor to deliver a disclosure or disclaimer statement to
a purchaser in the initial sale of newly constructed single family residential real
property; establishing requirements for the contents of the disclosure and
disclaimer statement; requiring acknowledgement by the purchaser; setting out
remedies; and generally relating to the disclosure by the vendor in the initial sale of
single family residential real property.
