AN ACT concerning

Cable Communications

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Telecommunications Advisory Panel to regulate
certain rates for cable service and associated equipment; requiring the County
Council to adopt rate regulations consistent with all Federal Communications
Commission regulations governing basic cable service and associated equipment
rates; correcting an erroneous reference to the franchise fee revenue base;
providing for removal of Panel members for failure to attend meetings; and
generally relating to cable rate regulation.
